Dr. Aniruddha Shinde is a seasoned pharmaceutical professional with over two decades of diverse industrial experience across leading organizations such as Cipla, Emcure, Sun Pharma, Sai Life Sciences, and SCL Life Sciences.
 
His core areas of expertise include Process Engineering, Production, Technology Transfer, Greenfield Projects, Operational Excellence, and Process Safety. Dr. Shinde holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering, an MBA in Operations, and an Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety, alongside global certifications in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Project Management, and Chemical Process Safety.
 
Passionate about bridging the gap between academic knowledge and real-world industry expectations, Dr. Shinde believes that “Learning never ends.” He advocates for simplified, step-by-step knowledge sharing using relatable examples and real-life case studies to help professionals integrate safety, quality, and efficiency into everyday work.
